I ordered a medium Ice Cap and it was extremely watered down. When I politely asked if it could be remade, the employee immediately became defensive and started arguing with me. She kept saying that no one else had complained about the Ice Caps all morning, instead of listening to my concern. Every time I tried to explain that my drink tasted watered down, she talked over me and wouldn’t let me finish speaking.
