I ordered an iced chai latte and specifically asked for no ice, but the girl name mahi taking my order refused to make it without ice. I understand that it’s an iced drink, but customers should be able to request no ice if they prefer. The interaction was disappointing, and I felt like my simple request wasn’t being respected. Hopefully, the staff can be more accommodating to reasonable customer requests in the future.
This location has had no access to the app to skin points or to redeem points for months. Very disappointing. Get your things together
I live 2min away and Everytime I come you have to wait to be served like I’m waiting for restaurant food, the ladies ignore you, do inventory notes while there is a line of 3+ people. Tim Hortons it’s a fast food place, no one should wait for that long. Inventory notes should be done before the shift not during.
