I visited this Tim Hortons location yesterday around 5:00 /5:45 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered 4 Iced Capps and 1 Frozen Quencher. The Iced Capps were not filled properly — they were well below the standard fill line. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. One of the staff members, who appeared to be from the Philippines, responded with a very negative attitude and told me, “This is how we make it at this location,” which is not an acceptable answer. Selling left over food on the next day. Please don't do this. You have increased your price, I used to eat fresh baked food for less amount, now it is oppsite. Why is the responsible department not taking any action?
