Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service at this Tim Hortons. As a regular customer who frequently visits this location and has spent a considerable amount of money here, I have repeatedly experienced what appears to be blatant inconsistency and preferential treatment. On numerous occasions, I have been told that certain products are “not fresh,” “unavailable,” or “out of stock,” while I have witnessed those same products being given to particular customers, sometimes even free of charge. We came to use the washroom at 10pm and order but they said they just cleaned the washroom and on one can use it after like we can use it washroom in till they close I will be calling the head office about that

I usually dont go to Tims, over the last couple of years they just go from bad to worse but Im visiting from Montreal, had a craving for donuts and dropped in to this location. This is what I ordered. Explain to me why four donuts are EIGHT DOLLARS, and why six donuts are EIGHT DOLLARS. I asked the cashier this after I paid and she just told me "its the system". Ordered mocha latte but it tasted like an iced coffee. You can tell from the color. I didnt had time to complain cause I was in a hurry.
