Service was to fast and smooth

Previously gave 4 stars (about 3 months ago), but updated it to 2 stars now. Food is good, but they're consistently out of scrambled eggs or hash browns during rush hours (8-11am ish). I've consistently had to wait more than 10-15 minutes in the mornings and they're not even considerate/apologetic about it even after mentioning multiple times that I've been waiting for that long.
