Disappointed with my experience today. When I was asked for my name, the employee heard “Joseph?” which was nowhere close meanwhile giving ME the odd look lol I corrected her.. honestly though asking “sorry I didn’t catch that” would have been more appropriate. I then specifically asked for an everything cheese bagel (the four-cheese bagel) with cream cheese. She said they had an everything, so I assumed my order was understood.
