What is happening Tim’s… this is the second location Downtown that does not have Bobas… it’s on the menu. I told the check out person several times- it’s the peach 🍑 drink with bobas. She agreed then I got a drink with no bobas…?? They claim they don’t have bobas and did NOT EVEN KNOW THE DRINK HAD BOBAS… it’s a corporate issue!! I truly am going to join the Tim Horton’s boycott…. The WORST!!
Everyone is super cool here! But I guess Romal is just a bit rude from what I noticed. I guess she was having a bad day and I am sorry if that is the case… but just saying
Perhaps one of the worst Tim Horton’s locations in the city of Toronto. Staff working Thursday May 28th at 10:30AM not only needs some technical training but a big attitude adjustment. For absolute shame.
Rude staff - they haven’t had an espresso machine in weeks which means no lattes or hot coffees. They don’t open on time, seems to be whenever they feel like it
