You ever have that one person in a take out or dine in that just makes your day, well that's how i feel about this Tim's. One young lady is just that, cheerful very pleasent just all around a sweetheart. In our weary world right now it's a nice way to start your day. Kindness goes along way✌ Her name is Liza
Atmosphere gets a 4 simply because management needs to help their staff especially the women that work nite shift deal problem\barred people better......

the employees here make the store, they run it like a tight ship and have to deal with a plethora of issues but do it with smiles everytime. phenomenal service and people. personally dont like the manager.
I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. Liza provided excellent customer service — she was very polite, cooperative, and sincere. The service was fast, and the coffee was freshly brewed and tasted great. I’ve visited other Tim Hortons locations, but this one is definitely different in the best way. Highly recommended!
