Staff seem to struggle with their equipment, often act rushed, and have few word for their customers. Today I was given someone else's order, because "it's the bagel," delivered tersely, discouraged questions without giving enough information. I discovered this when it was too late for me to go back... so someone else is also inconvenced, and two bagels go in the garbage.
