Bad service, horrible food. Never fresh here.
Their baked stuff is never fresh. Taste stale and old.
I ordered 3 drinks, 2 brown sugar iced lattes and one mochha iced cap. The person who was making didn't whisk like they should in iced lattes and I asked for less ice and they just gave me less quantity!! the manger didn't say anything. i don't think any tims do this!! very bad experience!
Employees are too busy chatting to pay attention to customers. My bagel had barely any cream cheese on it, the little tgere was was in the hole... very disappointed.
