I’ve been a Tim Hortons customer for years — this is the first location that doesn’t accept Amex. Inconvenient.
Maybe the only place in existence where placing a mobile order will be 5x slower than going in person. The mobile pickup spot is behind the counter, and theyre understaffed constantly so good luck trying to get either the person making 300 food orders, or the 2 cashiers to look your way for a split second. They also don't communicate at all, so God forbid your food or beverage is ready first, at which point they consider your mobile order done and delivered. I am utterly disgusted and furious with the severe negligence at this location. Yesterday around 12:30 PM, I placed a takeaway order for a Habanero Veggie wrap during my lunch break. Instead, the staff gave me a Chicken Habanero wrap. Because the wraps look identical, I did not realize the mistake until my second bite at home. I have been a strict vegetarian since birth.
