I go there almost twice in a week and sometimes I do mobile order sometimes directly and I always buy 3 coffee at 1 time one of the staff is so rude she never gave me tray I usually took it by myself today she put my coffee 1 over other which I didn't like and ask tray and say you never give me tray please understand there are 3 coffee so she started to argue with me mobile order doesn't get tray blabla she is able to work in hospital environment very rude tell her that its not india you should be soft kind to be working in ... read more

“It’s not just the rude service — the coffee is never fresh, and the muffins and donuts are clearly kept for days until someone eventually buys and eats them. For a big brand like Tim Hortons, this is honestly disgusting. 🤮”
