Absolutely horrible every single time. I try to give these employees grace but they are just blatantly unkind, rude, and miserable and take it out on their customers who are mostly healthcare workers that need a simple coffee to get through their day. They mess up my order EVERY single time and don’t even care to correct it. They try to make excuses when I will literally show them the bill and the error in what I received. I placed an online order at Tim Hortons around 6:45 and came down to pick it up after 15 minutes, understanding that the staff might be busy. However, after waiting for quite some time, I was told that the priority was the line-up of in-store customers.
