My favourite coffee, and the best smiles and service!
I had to wait 12 mins got a coffee and a pastry. The server was so unfriendly & basically threw the coffee down on the counter.
Today around 11:15 AM, I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons with the staff member at the counter (her name might have been Sima). I placed an order for a medium iced coffee, but then changed my mind and politely asked for a small instead, with less ice. Instead of listening to my request, she turned to the person making my drink and told them to put no ice.
