The service is overall suboptimal. Some staff ignored the online orders at all. When inquired politely, she gave a bad attitude.
I came to get a coffee and cappuccino, instead of cappu she gave me ice cap. when I came home only I new that, she was living in a lala land. Customer service is the most important thing, she is very short girl, I think they should get trained well.
