I was visited Today morning in tims hortons the employees was very rude and don’t care about customers request event don’t respect customers .next time don’t show that type of behaviour mr Bro
Terrible service
I had a very disappointing experience around morning 11 am . The Boy employee was rude and unprofessional. He was chatting on his phone the whole time and did not care about the customers at all. Instead of helping, he ignored us and showed no respect. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, it was not here.
