Tried to do mobile order and got piss poor service. This location is about a 2 minute walk from the closest subway station. I made my mobile order right before exiting the subway station and then walked over to the location (approximately 2 minutes passed). Got to the location and the waited under the mobile order sign. Today i got scrumbled wraps they were so bad these guys don’t know how to cook and they waited me wait 20 minutes for mobile order
⭐️ I had a very disappointing experience with evening guys around 9 pm at this tim Hortons today. I received a promotional code for a $1 iced coffee, but when I tried to redeem it at the cash, the employee didn’t know how to process the promotion. Instead of getting help or finding a solution, I was simply denied the coffee. If you offer promotional codes to customers, the staff should be properly trained on how to redeem them. I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Horton at 9:00pm .The staff member didn’t seem to know how to process a simple code and just brushed me off, saying it wouldn’t work here without even trying to help. It came across as unprofessional and dismissive. I expected better service.
