Staff didn’t know what a latte was, didn’t know what a cappuccino was, didn’t have large sizes, didn’t have almond milk, and didn’t have oat milk. I ended up being served "regular coffee with regular milk," which tasted like something you'd get from a concession stand at a kids’ sports event, burnt, weak, and as if it had been brewed through the same filter for an entire week. I cannot stress enough how truly awful this coffee was completely unacceptable.
It said on Google that it was open but it was not.
Why would Tim Hortons continue to allow this misrepresentation to remain posted? What is up with this company? CORRECT THIS, YOU HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THIS FOR YEARS!
