They don't even deserve my one star. If customers can't use the washroom, then who can? I was here to get some coffee and requested to use the washroom. One lady asked me to go ahead and another whispered to her not to let me in and that it is out of service. One of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever visited. There is no greeting, and sometimes the staff don’t seem to know how to handle customers properly. I also don’t trust the reviews. Many of them appear to be fake. I’ve visited this location several times, and no one has ever asked me to leave a review. I worked at Tim Hortons many years ago, and the customer service there was completely different.
