Incident took place around 10:30 am on June 15th 2026. Went in for my usual order, double stacked on a home style biscuit with a drink and a donut. The receptionist kept getting my order wrong, trying to add a hash brown, then I politely told her I didn't want that. She started giving me attitude in which I disengaged and asked to speak with someone else. I ordered a coffee and a croissant, and Victoria, who assisted me, was rude. After I paid for my order, I politely asked where I could collect my coffee. She responded in a rude tone, saying, “Wait, okay? I just finished processing your payment. I will prepare it now.” I hope this matter will be addressed, as I simply wanted to enjoy a good coffee in the morning and did not expect to encounter rude customer service.
