Today, I visited the 120 Fort York location with my friend around 7:15 PM. Due to the hot weather, we decided to have a refreshing drink and went to the counter to place our order. We chose the Orange Tangerine Sparkling Quencher and asked the staff member at the counter, Eden, whether the drink was already sweetened or if we needed to add extra sweetness. The bacon is never cooked
Location and 24 hour access is the only thing great about this location. Previously very timely and had stock and was ready. Now its been 2-3 weeks where i go in with missing stock, missing items that are not cooked, delays because staff arent paying attention to customers because they are chit chatting between each other. Last 2 mornings breakfast items are not available at right time, im either lied to by staff that the breakfast time is 6 am or that they are missing key items such as hash browns.
