I ordered on the mobile app, scrambled egg loaded box, when I came in it wasn’t ready so I asked for a refund. I was told that wasn’t possible and when I opened my food the box was half empty and missing the hash brown?!

Some staff members at this location are genuinely kind, friendly, and remember regular customers well. Unfortunately, others are extremely rude and unhelpful, and interactions with them feel dismissive and rigid for no reason. Chinese staff - both the girl and the guy are extremely rude. Terrible customer service and zero empathy. I ordered three items, potato wedges, a bowl, and a coffee, when it was –23°C outside. I was already holding the coffee and asked for a bigger bag to carry everything safely. The staff flat-out refused, saying it’s “policy” and that they don’t give bags to takeout customers. No attempt to help. No concern for the weather. No basic common sense. As a result, while struggling to carry everything in freezing temperatures, my coffee and bowl fell and spilled.
