Staff ignore the homeless and the customers with dogs. Customers have to ask staff to clean a table, which are beyond filthy sometimes. We are not dollar signs that buy something and leave. I come to your store to sit down and relax for a minute. You are not a drive through window. Treat your dining room as a space that people want to use. And no I am not giving feedback to you by email. You should be acting on all the previous comments here that highlighted these same issues.
After the renovations made a couple of weeks ago, the location and staff are great. So much more space and cleaner!! A lot more employees are working and are friendly. Thank you, Charlotte, for being so nice and helping out with finding a way to carry all of my order! I appreciate going the extra step.
I think they got a new manager and staff, super welcoming. Also, they just opened with brand new renovations today! Super nice. Less tables for loitering, but very efficient. More of a drop in style now. I did notice they have Coca Cola products now.
This is very typical Tim Hortons nowadays— unstable quality of food and beverage, questionable food hygiene level, numb face stuff mostly from one single group. I used to be a frequent customer in this store, but stop because every time i order from here, I met some issue—- either the taste is off, or my body would have some problem after eating it. I blame myself for never taking a lesson
