I often come here before work to get a coffee, and sometimes a snack. The staff are all very efficient and kind. The food is good, and their work stations look clean.
Me and my friend come for coffee and bagel. The cashier first took the wrong order making a XL tea instead of coffee then also making the wrong changes on the second order. I want to correct her but her attitude is full of denying and shuffling me to the other side of the line and wait for the order. I stopped moving and look her in the eyes and want to tell her the error. Her attitude is full of ego and didn’t event apologize for all her mistakes.
Every time you order something from here, it's either they give you something not fully done or that thing is missing. [ everytime i ordered a plain butter toasted bagel, they always give me a bagel without anything on it. ] not a very good experience from this particular tims
I’ve been coming for coffee to this location since past 3 years. They maintain the coffee quality very well. Very clean and good service.
