Worst Tim Hortons I visited. I ordered a chicken bowl which I used to have from other Tim Hortons, first the bowl lid was so dirty, looks like they gave a used one, quality and quantity of food was very bad compared to other locations. Staff was worse, I had to ask them if it was my bowl as I saw there was lots of other bowls there they didn't even want to answer.
Staff work very hard.
Who trained these people to serve? I would have tagged this location with yellow sign. Do not let your cashier touch food. You handled cash then you don't stir coffee, grab donut, or make a tea. Cashier stay as cashier. If want need to handle food? Wash your hands with soap and water then serve. Expect random inspector visits
I often come here before work to get a coffee, and sometimes a snack. The staff are all very efficient and kind. The food is good, and their work stations look clean.
