Why they seemed upset if I asked a simple question? Why they put cream and lots of sugar to my coffee without asking? Sadly, I’ve never had a good experience at any Tim Hortons location. I want to support Canadian brands, but this is why I don’t go there.

This is a very slow Tims in the morning- hard to grab things quickly and go - they need more cashiers and servers
