Super slow. Don’t even bother ordering ahead, you will be waiting for ages anyways and the people waiting in line who ordered after you will be served first
This has always been my go to spot in the building. I usually mobile order and my drink is always ready and waiting for me when I go pick it up and the staff are always friendly enough to greet and thank me even if they're busy.
I’ve worked in this building for years and rarely go to Tim Hortons. I decided to try it today because it was hot out and I wanted to stay inside. I asked the girl at the cash for a medium frozen lemonade. Before I could even finish saying it she said they don’t sell those. I said, “oh I was here last week and was able to order it”. She then basically accused me of lying or being confused and saying I must have gotten something else. I did not it was a frozen lemonade. Staff were very quick and helpful. This was my first time at this location as I am visiting the area for a workshop, but one of the employees even took the time to help me with directions to my hotel. Coffee and donuts both hit the spot!
