Busy location but great service. i appreciate the staff that work here.
My son came today to get herb and garlic bagel in morning between 8-9 Am. He placed an order and nobody provided order number he got espresso and waited 45 min for bagel he asked 2 different people who is working at that time they asked him to wait. But after 45min he has to go. So he left without eating and he paid full amount. This is worst experience we had he has to starve and he lost money as well.
Great service here, I stopped by recently and had a really positive experience. I couldn’t decide what to order but even so the staff member who helped me (Sebastian I think) was incredibly patient and took the time to give me suggestions to help me decide. Everything came out great, definitely one of the better Tim Hortons out there.
