Recently I made a purchase on the Tim Horton's Onine Shop. I got some of the Canadian & City souvenir mugs they were offering. Part the order included some mugs that came with chips in the paint, rough edging on the part of the mug you drink out of, drip issues and other large marks and painted over porcelain dust damage to them. I contact customer service and was asked to send pictures which I took the time to take and sent them 10 pictures.
