I’ve been working in the Eaton center ,so I really pay attention to service quality. I’ve always had a great experience with Tim Hortons Eaton Centre . The service has consistently been excellent. The manager, Sally, is amazing — she’s always smiling, very helpful, and clearly works very hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s always a pleasure dealing with her. Highly recommended!”
Had such a great experience here! The team was very accommodating and so easy to talk to. Everyone was jolly, smiling and made our visit extra enjoyable. The entire team is friendly, but I want to give a special shout-out to Sam—she really stood out for her amazing service and positive attitude. Highly recommend this location if you’re at the Eaton Centre!
