Honestly, Ankit is extremely rude and unprofessional. I work in the mall and have been getting my lunch from Tim Hortons for the past 3 years, but this was the worst experience ever. He has no sense of how to talk to customers. My entire store team and I have decided never to buy from this location again. He keeps smiling in a sarcastic way, which makes the situation even worse. You should seriously consider taking action—he does not represent the Tim Hortons brand well at all.
Lady was really nice
I had a great experience with the team here service was fast and efficient. I especially want to commend Sam for being incredibly approachable and patient. She gave me the time I needed to decide on my order without any pressure always smiling and treating me with genuine respect. Thank you for the excellent service!
