Had a Great wrap and coffee today. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I would give zero if possible. I purchased two cheese croissant at a small Tim Hortons near VIA departure Gate 18 yesterday at Union station. Both tasted like they have been stored for at least 2 - 3 days. They are cold, hard, and stale. How can Tim Hortons allow them sell this kind of unfresh food? Does Tim Hortons have quality control at all?
I paid my order and they didn’t give me any receipt and later they wanted to charge me twice! This morning I scanned and paid for my order and the guy did not give me any receipt. Later I was waiting for my order and another guy asked me for a receipt. I checked my order history on app and accidentally used an old receipt that I didn’t notice because of the same items I had ordered. This is always a busy place, it really is all about take out. This morning line up, I like to order from a person. The young man was friendly, quick, efficient. Waiting for my coffee I admired this young woman calling out the orders, she was on top of her game. Busy as she was she helped me get the sleeve on the coffee. I write this review because I have never had a negative experience here, and the staff here deserve to be treated with kindness( and most customers do.)
