I give zero if it is possible. Today I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons at union station. I ordered an Ice Capp, but it tasted just like ice with no flavor. When I politely asked for a small cup of water, the girl serving the coffee spoke to me very rudely and told me I had to pay 10 cents for it. I ordered a glass of water ( i have to take my med.) PAID THE AMOUNT TOO. waited for atleast 10 minutes no nothing. Asked the cashier she said just wait more. Missed my train, still didn't get my water, had to skip my med. Horrible staff, im waiting for you to face the same as i did.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons today at 8:50 AM in Bay Concourse. The Indian girl with glasses and wearing a mask was extremely rude and even yelled at me for no reason. She didn’t say a single polite or professional word during the interaction. As a customer, I expect respect and basic customer service, which was completely missing. I hope the management of Tim Hortons Bay Concourse takes this seriously and provides proper customer service training to the staff.
