The staff are always so friendly here! I visited today to pick up a mobile order and I got my farmers wraps through the app just in the nick of time. Some ingredients weren’t available due to the breakfast time constraint but the server started up from scratch to complete my order as much as he could. I felt awful as he seemed to be by himself and was taking orders and fulfilling them alone. He was so nice and was apologetic about the situation. Good costomer service
They're always kind to me here, but I'm extremely annoyed because none of the plugs work to power my laptop or charge my phone, even though they have USB plugs in them, implying that they're here for that reason. Very disappointing, considering that the staff are always so kind here. Tim Hortons should do something about this to make the user experience far better. Thank you.
Hello, I was getting a latte from Tim’s at lower Jarvis by the esplanade and had the pleasure of being served by Bidisha who is a very happy friendly and smiling young lady. Balaji is also a nice young man who was also friendly and I look foreward to getting my latte daily from there everyday. I hope to see Bidisha’s smiling face next time.
