I’ve always been a Starbucks person — but after today, I think I’ve officially switched! I visited the Tim Hortons at 17 Lower Jarvis with my twin sister, mom, and brother to celebrate our birthdays, and the team completely made our day. I mentioned it was my birthday, and their kind gesture and warm smiles instantly made me feel valued and appreciated. Customer service definitely needs to improve here. There’s also no parking.
I love this Tim hortons branch only because of Prabhash’s amazing customer service!!! He is so lovely and friendly, his energy made my day!
