I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and seemed to have no sense of how to speak to customers professionally. It felt like no one cared about customer service or the orders being placed. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I am not completely sure of the employee’s name, but I believe it was Jahid. He was very rude, arrogant, and unhelpful throughout the interaction. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on the poor customer service I received.

This location continues to disappoint. Just two weeks ago, I left a negative review because of poor service, incorrect orders, long wait times, and cleanliness issues. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Tonight, I arrived at approximately 10:35 PM while the location was supposed to be open. There were three employees inside, clearly aware that I was there, yet all of them completely ignored me. Service slow as hell 0 out of 5. Crew seems lost and sleepy. Can’t figure out what to do. Just 3 crew on floor. Linup till outside the gate. Need to hire more people or get active crew. Waited more than 20 minutes for the grill cheese
