Extremely disappointed with the service and quality at this location. I ordered a croissant with butter and asked for it to be toasted, but the staff rudely refused, claiming they "don't do that" even though other Tim Hortons locations do this with no issues. On top of the inflexible service, the food quality was poor. Definitely skipping this location from now on.
A great location, usually the service is pretty quick for drink orders. Unfortunately, the past few times I've tried to order a cold brew they were all out but could just be because I've came later in the day. Huge shout to the manager that was working today that I spoke to, super friendly. Thank you 😊
Good luck trying to get your mobile order. Waited 25 minutes after placing a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Employee ignored me multiple times while I was just trying to get my order while I watched everyone else get their orders before me. What a joke…
1 star just because i cant give 0. This is not the first time they missed to add sugar on coffee . Everytime when i come i have to ask to either put sugar, milk ,syrup cause they dont make it as the order says. Last time they were even pouring same iced coffee from big pot for different orders .so negligence
The staff at this location is unnecessarily rude. I went in to order an iced coffee and asked the woman at cash to scan my rewards card. The woman had to leave so she asked her co-worker to cash me out. I did not realize that my rewards card was already scanned so I asked the co-worker if she could scan my card and she laughed at me and said "It's already scanned you want to scan again?".
