I I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced at this particular Tim Hortons location. On multiple occasions, I have encountered unprofessional and unfriendly behavior from the staff. During my first visit, the employees were behaving oddly and did not provide the level of service typically expected from Tim Hortons. I chose to overlook it, assuming it was an isolated incident. I have been coming in here for several years. The morning ladies are absolutely amazing !!! Very friendly. Always smiling. And they keep this place extremely clean!!!!
Consistently fresh coffee and phenomenal service at this location. This is by far the best Tim Hortons location!
