Went to get a cold brew today. Asked for espresso foam on the top. I clearly heard the girl telling her collegue that they don’t have espresso foam in their language which is Hindi and then the second girl topped my drink with cold foam and said it’s similar. She asked me if I want the espresso foam instead. I was late for work so had to leave but that’s not how a customer must be treated by fooling. If I was okay with regular cold foam I would order it. I've been patronizing this restaurant (10 Dundas, adjacent to TTC TMU subway station) for the past 4 years or so. Though I've never had a problem with the food, my main reason for the continued patronage is the staff. There are five members who I must mention by name, who have been serving me from when I just started and they continue to be downright professional.
