I ordered a large French Vanilla, one Double Double, and 2 everything bagels toasted with butter at this Tim Hortons. While preparing my order, the staff member finished making another customer’s chicken wrap and then, without changing gloves, started making my food. When I politely asked if she could change her gloves, she was very rude and told me they only change gloves “when customers request it.” That was shocking to me, because food safety should come first, not convenience.
