Worst experience ever, Rude staff, Zero customer service
I go to this tim hortons regularly, they are always quick on the service and get my orders exactly like I love it!! Especially Karan, he's always so friendly! He's the best!!
I went to this location to redeem my survey code, but the staff member (a small lady with curly hair who was not wearing a name tag) told me that they do not accept survey codes. Is it possible that not all Tim Hortons locations accept survey codes? Since I couldn’t use it, I ended up buying an iced matcha instead. I asked for her name and she told me it was Mily.
I am surprised and amazed with their extra ordinary customer service huge shout to Ashmi and Denayit great service fast and to the perfection normally I am not a great fan of Tim Hortons but these girls need credit for their work will come back again
