I visited the 323 Richmond street eat location, in Toronto. The owner turned off the AC, so the Timbits are not fresh. The filling has gone bad, taste foul. Also they didn’t give me the amount of timbits I ordered, missed a quantity.
I've been to this location a half dozen times and almost every time I visit I walk out without ordering. Terrible service. And the staff have terrible attitudes as well, essentially refusing to admit you even exist when you walk in.
Amazing staff! The store is hot as oven, feels like we are baking inside! Not sure why! Had a chat with staff, and they mentioned the AC isn't working, and not sure why the owner/manager isn't fixing the issue! Feeling sad for the staff working there in such hot conditions!
