The slowest Tim Hortons location. Staff hardly interact with customers. Talking amongst themselves more than engaging with patrons who are waiting for drinks excessively longer than they have to.
This is the WORST location for service. The staff fumble over each other. They don't keep track of orders and components are missing. They don't use the mobile numbering system just call out food to see who has it. They are so slow. THEY DESPERATELY NEED TRAINING.
Good place to have drinks and snacks
I visited last sunday and especially i want to mention the staffs working mid day. They were working hard to help everyone despite of pressure they are having. The level of patience they have is appreciable.
