Today is Saturday June 12th and at around 2PM I went to get a sausage breakfast wrap combo. I asked the server for the crispiest hash brown and I usually ask but never get it. She was alone at the front at the time and was dealing with a few requests, but she ended up giving me a super crispy hash brown and best wrapped breakfast wrap. Perfectly reliable.
No proper process in place to handle rush hour demand.
Currently here (Sunday Noon) and current shift is very messy. Throughout the time of my visit, they’ve accepted three separate orders from different people, only to later shout their order/name and then tell them that they are out of stock of some ingredients, and offer alternatives — AFTER accepting payment. It’s very annoying because she’s so loud and couldn’t enjoy my coffee lol.
I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. Muhfasa served me, and although I thanked her twice while receiving my order, she did not acknowledge me or even say hello. Shortly afterward, I noticed her warmly greeting and thanking another white customer. The difference in treatment made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I expect all customers to be treated with the same courtesy and respect, regardless of their background.
