Awesome service by sachin. Loved it
Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons on the morning of September 13. There was an issue with my order, and when I politely asked the male employee for help and his name was Sachin, his behaviour was extremely rude and dismissive. He was acting like he was the supervisor of the store, but his attitude showed a complete lack of basic customer service.
