Extremely Disappointing Experience — Avoid This Location I regret to report a deeply troubling experience at this particular Tim Hortons location. My father recently visited to purchase an iced coffee, only to be met with unacceptable hostility from the cashier. Not only was he rudely informed—without any reasonable explanation—that iced coffee was unavailable, but the employee proceeded to raise his voice and allegedly used derogatory language.
