I buy my TH coffee and breakfast here frequently. Vast majority of the time, it is a good experience, polite people, fast service, and decent quality food. Not this morning, Wed Feb. 25, 2026 just past 6:00 AM. They put someone new on handling drive thru orders, speaking a peculiar form of English, possibly with a speech impairment, the speaker cutting in and out. Once again forgot to give me 2 items of food that I paid for... now im at work and going to be hungry and wasted money for things I didn't even receive.... id rather just go somewhere else for now on... and if you haven't noticed the people commenting positive things all use people's names even through the drive through so they pay to have people give good reviews
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location. The service was quick, the store was clean, and my order was prepared perfectly. A special thanks to Harmanjeet Singh for being very friendly, professional, and helpful. He made sure everything was right and greeted customers with a smile. It’s always nice to see staff who care about good customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
