Store have lots of employees but all of are unprofessional
This store is the worse! They don’t call out your meal once it’s ready! They just leave it on the tray for ready orders and they took 15 minutes today to prepare my simple sandwich. I don’t know why in a rush and busy lunch time, only one person is preparing the meals. If I didn’t have be there for a family member, I would go somewhere else. This Tim Hortons at North York has Zero customer service experience!!! Very disappointed!!

“I ordered a farmer’s wrap, but it tasted spicy to me. I asked the Tim Hortons employee about it, and he was very certain that it wasn’t spicy. I don’t mean this in any discriminatory way, but I know that some people who eat spicy food all the time may be less sensitive to spice. However, as someone who is currently sick, even a small amount of spice is too irritating for my throat, and I really can’t eat spicy food right now.”
