I had a very upsetting experience at this location today. At the drive-thru, there were clear communication issues, and my order was not taken correctly even after I repeated it multiple times. I specifically asked for a medium cappuccino with almond milk due to lactose intolerance. I am writing this after having shared feedback once before, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed. I went to this location with my husband and saw the same manager again displaying the same behavior and attitude. She was being rude and dismissive toward employees, and it was very noticeable. They actually forgot that even placed an order.
This place is where I get my steep tea almost every day. I order a double double steep tea. But the maker is not even bothered to give it a stir. All the sugar is settled down at the bottom. On the first day I thought it’s a mistake and of course they happen. But this is the same I am facing everyday. I am glad if you want to cut down my sugars but having it all at the bottom makes me frustrated every morning before going to work.
Time change: It looks that the in-house is open and extended to 11:00 pm since last week.
