The amount of times I have ordered tea and received “coffee” is countless at this point, especially through DoorDash & Uber Eats orders. What am I supposed to do with 2 XL Coffee when I don’t drink coffee? Please do better and stop letting your customers down because this is painful. Thank you

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced here!! I bought timbits at 9 pm one night and when I tried the powdered suger ones, it was so dry and the jam inside smelled bad!! That someone who is responsible for customer service, instead of saying we’re sorry for that or anything nice, she was trying to teach me that this would happen to the timbits if I buy it in the evening and that it looks good to her “maybe in here standards Idk!”
