Today i was unable to use my points to redeem for a bagel. Even after redownloading the app the issue was not resolved. Then the store manager took the responsibility and offered me her points to use. I really appreciate her efforts for solving this issue. Thanks
This place is definitely not the worst I’ve been to, it’s pretty clean and nice after the renovation. The food was the same as any other location, good. Something I do want to point out though is how inaccessible this place is. The push buttons for automatic doors didn’t work. Plus, the bathroom doors didn’t even have any buttons, and moreover the doors were REALLY heavy. A normal, fairly clean place and everything would be fine, but an incident happened to me a year ago. I was waiting for my bus and, as I was really hungry, I went to order something from the menu. It was about 7:30 am and everything seemed to be working. However, when I started to order the woman at the counter was rude and said she can’t serve me.
