I was really disappointed with my recent visit. There were quite a few large flies inside the store, especially near the food area, which was very off-putting. I also noticed staff handling baked goods with bare hands while refilling trays, no gloves or utensils were used. This raises serious hygiene concerns and I hope management addresses this soon. Cleanliness and food safety should be a top priority

To the owner of this location, please take action! There is a very rude Filipino man that works there, I think his name is Joe. He gave me a sleeve for my coffee that was very wet and sticky and when i asked him politely for another sleeve he snapped back by saying it's only water! It doesn't not matter what fluid is on the sleeve, it is wet and a customer should not have been given it in that damp condition so STOP fighting with customers!!
