Terrible customer service in this location There is nothing in napkins holder when asked for it , the guy in front line was very rudely said . This one remain empty go other side to have napkins . I can feel his reason of upset . I guess co worker girls . He might trying to hook her up. But might rejected . Any way he shouldn’t throw his anger to Timmy’s guest .

I ordered potato wedges and when I reach at the location they said they don’t have potato wedges I asked for a refund two of the workers refused at the spot and said they won’t issue a refund I left without my order I asked for the manager they refused to call the manager and said they don’t have a manager I never got my order am making this a two star review bcs I don’t want them to delete the review

I visited on Thursday morning and it was very busy, but the staff handled everything quickly and efficiently. They worked hard to keep things running smoothly and provided great service despite the rush. I really appreciate their effort and dedication. Great job!
