Why you have installed the cameras in your store. If you donot want to show the footage. Couple of days back I lost my lululemon water bottle in that store and that time the current staff told me manager has access for camera you can come tomorrow. The very next day manager told owners have access. We cannot show u the video. My favorit place
They discriminate against service animals but welcome homeless who all hangout in there, take up seating and harass you for money. Extremely disrespectful staff who don’t know how to handle anything or speak to people. Avoid.
The staff are confused and cannot handle the crowd. There is always a long queue, hence long wait just to get to the cashier. The interior doesn’t have enough seating, and it is dirty overall. Their A/C was down, and I was sweating while waiting in line. The experience getting coffee here was ridiculously awful. I prefer Starbucks or elsewhere with a better customer attention.
