I got a latte today as I always do and it tasted abnormally burned and awful. I asked the lady to kindly give me another one and she said “Latte is supposed to be strong, I can add sugar if you want” when it’s definitely not, as if I never had latte in my life. Mind you I work in coffee business. She just added milk and it still tasted terrible.
Staff was not nice! They only serve beverages and baked goods, no wraps or sandwiches. Just go to another Tim’s on campus.
Absolutely awful. Consistently messing up my order. I have a dietary restriction where I can't have dairy and on multiple occasions when I asked for either almond or oat milk (honestly any milk than regular) they would tell me I simply didn't order that or now that I've ordered it they don't actually have almond milk. They've also done something similar where I ordered an ice capp(my usual drink for over a year now), they told me that I'd have to wait 5-7 minutes for it. Whoa this is the first and last time I'll be here, 15 min for STEEPED TEA? They DO NOT care if they mess your order or apologize. Lack of customer service.
