Customer service is not good at all. Coffee is not fresh at all. They dont exchange coffee as per the policy. Morning staff is so rude. Dont go there

The store manager is unable to take the order properly. She is punching wrong order I keep saying something else and she keep putting something else in the system. Her English is very poor and in return she said to me. “ I can’t understand your English “ that is totally unacceptable. She treat me very aggressively.
