Slowest and rudest customer service , ordered by mobile waited 25 mins for my latte...the staff dont have time to check to see the status of your order or if it was received.
Typical product, service is EXTREMELY slow. They seem to have a lot of employees looking busy but not actually serving customers.
Had a really great experience at Tim Hortons! Noah and Steven were both very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They provided excellent service and made the visit feel really pleasant.
