visited this Tim Hortons recently and was very disappointed to see only two employees working while there were around ten customers waiting inside and six cars in the drive-thru. The staff were clearly overwhelmed but still doing their best to serve everyone. This isn’t fair to them — it looks like serious understaffing and employee exploitation. Management should schedule more workers during busy times to ensure both customers and staff are treated properly

☆☆☆☆ Unreasonably Slow Service Even When It’s Not Busy I’ve noticed that the service at this Tim Hortons has become very slow, even when there are hardly any customers. I’ve had to wait far too long just for a simple coffee or breakfast sandwich. The staff often seem unorganized, and orders take much longer than they should. It’s disappointing, especially since Tim Hortons used to be known for quick service. Really hope management looks into improving efficiency and customer service here.
