I go to this Tim Hortons regularly, mostly through the drive-thru in the evenings. The people who work there are always really nice, and you can tell they work hard. Lately, though, I’ve noticed the drive-thru has been slower than it used to be. The line’s longer, and it takes more time to get through. The service provided was extremely poor. The number of employees appears to be sufficient, but there is a clear need for improvement in their management skills.
