The employess here are rude towards customers, a simple smile is basic in customer service. Everything else was good. The food was good.
Friendly staff, fast & efficient service, very clean, and of course great coffee and food.
I came to this Tim Hortons location today and I have to say that the service was excellent. The girl at the counter was super friendly and helpful when helping me out to place my order as I needed some modifications in the food. She looked after me and made sure everything was made right and I didn’t have to wait at all! Besides that, the place was very clean including the washrooms, which is very hard to find. This is my absolute favourite location now
My fiancee went to the Kearney lake Tim Hortons and wanted to get a tea and the servers that works at the Kearney lake Tim hortons should of did their job and opened another cash machine and help out my fiancee I say that the Kearney lake Tim Hortons showed terrible customer service
