I was reading the past reviews and was surprised to see all the negative reviews. I usually have a pleasant experience at this tim hortons, in regard to the service by the wonderful ladies and my order. I know they are busy at times and the line is huge, but it is also a busy area with only this location in close radius.
I usually stop by this Tim Hortons regularly for food and drinks on my way to work, but my recent visit was very disappointing. There’s a lady who works here — she appeared to be Filipino, wore glasses, and was about 5’2 or 5’3 in height — who showed extremely poor customer service. I visited on my birthday, aware that Tim Hortons offers a free birthday reward through their program.
