Our iced Capp was already much more empty than usual but we let that go. On the other hand, our iced latte was finished in 3 sips because the whole cup was full of ICE. When we spoke to the staff, they refused to make another one unless we paid for it again. Since when are iced drinks 90% ice and 10% drink? There was literally no latte in this drink, just ice. Terrible service. This happened on March 17 after 8pm. Tim Hortons, teach your employees to serve the drinks properly.
I’m typically not the type of person to write reviews however my experience at Tim Hortons this morning on Monday, March 16th at 5:00am was extremely frustrating. I ordered through the drive-thru clearly stating my order, and the girl working at the window confirmed my order verbatim. I arrive at the window and my combo is not punched in.
