This is one of my favourite tim hortons as there service is very fast. They always welcome me with smile. There is one lady working with black cover around her head i think she is the manger she is a very good leader.
The staff were very kind and helpful. They answered my questions about the different wrap options with enthusiasm.
This location is the definition of chaos. They're adequately staffed but lack leadership. The staff are running around and literally bumping into each other while they double up on tasks and miss orders entirely. There's one woman at the till screaming into the void, but no one seems to be paying attention to her and she's not giving directions TO ANYONE, just yelling.
