Well, I ordered in the app yesterday, Nov 1 at 655AM. Store is supposed to be open from 6AM. Went to the store at 7AM, but there was no one there, and the store is closed. Waited until 715 AM, but still no one. Because I am in a hurry, I left without having my order which I already paid for. I wanna request a refund and no update yet from customer service.

Zero hospitality . I just asked for the survey code from the team member . First of all she refused me to give survey code. Then i tried to read her name from her badge she dont have her name on the badge , then whats the role of the badge if you dont have your name on it. Secondly , the guy standing on the left side making drinks he rudely told me “can you stand on the other side “ . If you dont have patience then theres no need to work in hospitality sector .
Service in this place is not good they are not giving you the right order i order dark rise but they give me just the regular that i cannot have because regular is more acidic
