Customer service is too far fetched here, they even lack basic human decency. I went today morning and the lady (probably their supervisor or manager) taking my order was very rude. It is what it is. They hardly put cream cheese on cream cheese bagels, maybe enough to cover a quarter of a bagel. I keep hoping it's just a one time thing but maybe it's just the policy now.
