One of the worst locations here in downtown
Lines up out the door and one person making sandwiches will at least 5 others are walking around including on recordingbinfo on tablet. Clearly the customer does not come first here. I waited 15 mins for 2 sandwiches
Good service, lines are long in the morning but they are quick!
Bad service with bad attitude, I hope Tims can set up a department to train their staff instead of just replying on Google maps without any improvement. Thanks a lot
I recently had a very disappointing experience at a Tim Hortons in the evening. There were two girls working there, one who was overweight and wore glasses, and the other named Parveen, who claimed to be a supervisor. Unfortunately, Parveen had no idea how to talk to a customer properly. I tried to give her a survey, but she insisted it was incorrect and then started arguing when I asked for her name, saying they weren't supposed to tell names.
