Always short in staff. No accessibility ramp in 2026! This gigantic company does not have accessibility standards? Crazy.
I hate to say it, but this is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Often a very long wait because only one person is working. This is the second time I’ve been there and they have zero timbits. not one. there were a few sad donuts left. I’ve never seen this before. Something must be wrong with management.
Great service, friendly staff (especially Nisha), and fresh coffee every time! The place is always clean and welcoming. I really enjoy coming to Tim Hortons for my coffee and snacks. Highly recommended!
